Delivery Places: Çorlu State Hospital Pharmacy - Pharmaceutical Depot
Delivery Date: Orders will be taken up to 2 (two) times from the date of starting work, and upon the written order of the administration, the Çorlu State Hospital Pharmacy Unit will be delivered to the Pharmacy Depot within 5 (five) working days. The criminal sanction will be applied upon not delivered within 10 (ten) working days. The contractor shall notify the health facilities in writing the order method and notification number or e -mail address. Delivery of the drugs will be made by the contractor company to the pharmacy store or the pharmacy warehouse determined by the pharmacy at that time. The transportation of the drugs and serums in the warehouse belongs to the contracting company. Unless the Pharmacy requests the Pharmacy, the delivery is taken 1 hour after the start time and 2 hours before the end of the work.
