Delivery Date: Following the signing of the contract, it will be delivered as the whole of the goods or as a peyderpey according to the need. The goods pens subject to the tender shall be delivered to the Ayniyat warehouse within 5 (five) working days on the order given to the contractor by the Contractor, provided that the order amount of the order meets the conditions written in the administrative and technical specifications in full and complete. Written penalties in the contract will be applied for the not delivered part
