nature, type and quantity: 343 Pen Biomedical consumption laboratory, dental consumables and chemotherapy Material intake can be reached from the administrative specification in the Tender Document in the Akap on EKAP.
Delivery locations: Uşak Provincial Health Directorate Warehouse, Uşak Education and Research Hospital Warehouse, Essay State Hospital Warehouse, Banaz State Hospital Warehouse, Sivasli County State Hospital Warehouse and Mouth and Dental Health Center Warehouse
Delivery Date: Materials will be delivered to the stores of the health facilities specified in the distribution list. If there is a change in the distribution list, other health facilities may be added to the distribution list and will be asked to deliver to other health facilities by increasing the work or through the total amount. The materials will be delivered in 15 (fifteen) days within 15 (fifteen) days following the orders of the start of the work, during the contract period.
