Delivery Date: Following the signing of the contract will be started by Bolu İzzet Bayal Education and Research Hospital Material orders provided by mail, e-mail, fax, ekap; It will be delivered to relevant administrations within 10 (ten) days from the date of the Communiqué of the Order. Deliveries will be carried out overtime hours (weekdays 0800/1600) and within the desired time. The goods subject to the contract will be delivered until the contract ending, and in relation to orders that are not delivered within the duration, the criminal sanctions specified in Article 16 of this Convention will be applied in Article 16 of this Agreement.
