Delivery Date: Delivery in accordance with the issues specified in the technical specifications, the transactions will be carried out in accordance with the transmission of the power plant and the daily maximum of 125,000 liters of calorifice fuel in the daily maximum of 5 (five) calendar days before the operating directorate (fax or to be included in the e-messages) will be notified. The Business Directorate can increase daily delivery amounts by 50% according to the requirement of the enterprise and may stop the purchase for a certain period of time. The Contractor has to start the fuel delivery in accordance with the program specified by the Business Directorate. If the Business Directorate stops the fuel intake or changing the purchase program, this will be notified to the contractor in writing prior to at least 5 (five) calendar days. Other provisions related to the delivery program are specified in the technical specification.
