DELIVERY PLACES: Kilis Special Provincial Administration of the Special Provincial Administration of Pipes may request the amount of cement in writing or orally. The contractor must comply with the working hours and days of the administration without any rights. The entire cast cement within the scope of the tender will be delivered to the landshele in return for the need within the contract period. Delivered Materials will be delivered within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of order in accordance with the qualifications and conditions in the technical specifications.
