Delivery locations: Delivery locations of cleaning materials (Provincial Health Directorate and Affiliated Health Facilities Warehouses) are indicated in the distribution schedule.
Delivery date: -The work will start following the signing of the contract and the end date of the work is 31.12.2021. - The materials will be delivered from the contractor company step by step in line with the needs of our Health Facilities. - Each Health Facility will order its needs from the contractor company only once a month. - Orders made by our Directorate or affiliated health facilities, following the notification made to the contractor firm (notifications made by fax or e-mail or their addresses), the requested materials will be delivered by the contractor firm to the warehouse of the ordering institution within 10 (ten) days. - In case of prolongation of the tender process (with complaints / objections, etc.), the work will be started after the signing of the contract and the end date of the contract cannot exceed 31.12.2021. - Documents :
