quality, type and quantity: Delivery Places: Ulaş District Integrated Hospital, Akıncılar District Integrated Hospital, İmranlı District Integrated Hospital, Altınyayla District Integrated Hospital, 112 Provincial Ambulance Service Chief Physician, Koyulhisar District Integrated Hospital, Sivas Provincial Health Directorate, Doğanşar District Integrated Hospital , Gölova District Integrated Hospital and Hafik District Integrated Hospital
Delivery Date: Materials will be taken, but if necessary, all of the materials may be requested. The materials will be delivered to the warehouse of the health facilities that take the order within 15 calendar days following the written order of the relevant health facilities. The Administration has the right to change between the amount of needs of the health facilities within the delivery program, delivery place and distribution list regarding the products to be delivered by the contractor. The contract will end on 31.12.2023.
