Delivery Places: Provincial Health Directorate warehouse
Delivery Date: Following the signing of the contract, the materials shall be delivered according to the needs and/or stock status of our Directorate of Materials as of the order notification to be made by the Contractor to him or to the address for notification. This delivery will be made within 10 (ten) working days following the written order indicating the amount of the materials of our Directorate. In the case of the increase in goods/work up to 20 %during the contract period, the contractor must submit the desired materials within 10 (ten) working days following the written order indicating the amount of goods. Deliveries will definitely be made during working hours (between 0800 -1630). Delivery outside these hours will not be accepted, all responsibility belongs to the contractor.
