Delivery date: The goods subject to the tender will be delivered within 10 (ten) days from the notification of the request letter received from our Faculty, step by step, until the end of the contract period, taking into account the stock status, in line with the demand of our Faculty, from the date of commencement of work. MDelivery will be made by hand and delivery by courier will not be accepted. Only the cost of the goods received will be paid. The fact that the contract is signed does not impose an obligation on the administration to make purchases. The estimated quantities specified in the contract and its annexes are to be received in lesser quantities at the end of the contract period and the contractIn case the price is completed with a lower price, no fee will be paid to the contractor for the real expenses incurred by the contractor and in return for the contractor's profit.
