Delivery Date: 1.It; In accordance with the written order of the administration in accordance with the delivery program within the contract period, the device/devices remaining in the UHDA will be completed within 45 (forty -five) calendar days at the latest and the device shall be completed and the device will be delivered. 2. Contractor, within the warranty period of the goods, both material and labor and assembly errors in case of malfunctioning costs, changed parts fee or any other name under any other name is obliged to repair.
