Delivery Places: Ordu University Training and Research Hospital Pharmacy Depot
Delivery Date: The start date is the contract date and the work will start with the entry into force of the contract. Following the entry into force of the contract, the materials shall be delivered in accordance with the orders of the hospital's written (fax, e-mail, mail) orders of the hospital unless otherwise specified by the hospital. As of the notification date of the written order made to the contractor by the hospital, the amount of materials specified in the written order shall be delivered to the relevant unit of the hospital, which is specified as the place of delivery in the tender document within 10 (ten) days by the contractor at the latest. Billing of the materials delivered will be made separately in each party. The total number of orders will not exceed 8 during the contract period.
