Quality, type and quantity: Electricity from the Free Market (2 Parts), 9 (nine) months, 9,315,852.98kWh of goods purchase. Detailed information can be accessed from the administrative specifications in the tender document in EKAP. b) Delivery place The electricity requirement specified in the Requirement List attached to the tender document will be delivered to the unions and institutions to be met. c) Delivery date Following the signing of the contract, the contractor will complete the procedures for settlement and transition to Energy Markets Management Company (EPİAŞ), and the first indexes of subscriptions read as of 01 April 2021 0000 will be recorded and the work will be completed by 31 December 2021 2400. Between 01 April 2021 hours 0000 and 31 December 2021 at 2400 hours, uninterrupted electrical energy goods delivery will be made. In case of delay in the transactions before EPİAŞ, the work starts on the date determined by EXIST. 10.3.2.
