Delivery date: Following the signing of the contract, the contractor will complete the transactions regarding the settlement and transition with the Energy Markets Management Company (EPİAŞ) and the first indexes of the subscriptions will be recorded as of April 12, 2021 0000, and the work will be started on 31 December 2021 2400 The work will be completed as of. Between 12 April 2021 hours 0000 and 31 December 2021 at 2400 hours, uninterrupted electrical energy goods delivery will be made. In case of delay in the transactions before EPİAŞ, the work starts on the date determined by EXIST. 10.3.2. If the signing of the contract is delayed for any reason, the work will start following the signing of the contract and the end date of the work will not change.
