Delivery Date: Electrical Energy Purchase will start on 01/01/2023 at 00.01 and will end on 31/12/2023 at 23.59. In case the tender process is prolonged due to the cases that the administration does not foresee, the work is started after the completion of the legal permissions. The work subject to the tender is completed on 31.12.2023. There is no extension of time in any way. Electrical energy; Following the signing of the contract, the period until the date of its market financial conciliation center (PMUM) shall be considered as preparation time. The contractor must complete PMUM registration processes.
