If the signing of the contract is delayed for any reason, the work will be started at 00.01 on the day following the signing of the contract and the end date of the work will be 31 December 2023 hours 24; 00. In case of delay in the procedures to be performed with EPİAŞ, the work is started on the date to be determined by EPİAŞ.
