Delivery Date: Electrical Energy subject to the tender will be obtained continuously and uninterruptedly between 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 and will be invoiced in monthly periods. The contractor must constantly obtain the amount of electrical energy envisaged in the tender document without interrupting. The deductions that may occur due to the defect of the contractor are taken under the record of the administration on a daily basis and the penalty stipulated in the contract is applied.
