quality, type and quantity: Fako device cassette, combined vitrectomy set and hydrophobic lens will be taken. DELIVERY PLACES: Trakya University Hospital The relevant goods/materials will be delivered to the eye service under the supervision of the warehouse officer.
Delivery Date: 1- The goods shall be delivered to the hospital warehouse by the hospital request management unit by taking into account the needs of the hospital within 365 calendar days from the date of signing the contract. 2- Material needs will be notified to the contractor with emergency and routine order code. Delivery time of emergency coded orders is 48 (forty -eight) hours and the delivery time of routine coded orders is 15 (fifteen) days.
