Delivery Date: Petroleum product specified in the list; The amounts requested by the Administration; Delivery shall be taken in accordance with the program to be given to the contractor by the administration. The contractor will carry the petroleum product with its own facilities from the refinery or filling facility it specifies. The administration shall notify the contractor in writing the delivery programs issued as 15 (fifteen) months for delivery. In these programs, each delivery subject will be specified for the petroleum product and the dates that the amount can deliver the amount at the earliest and at the latest. The contractor must comply with the program. If there is a delay in the delivery date for any petroleum product in the delivery, if there is a delay of 5 calendar days, the tender will be terminated by the administration where the tender is carried out without the need for any warning or notification. ... - Documents :
