Nature, type and quantity: 2021 FINANCIAL YEAR 21 PEN HEPA FILTER TECHNICAL CONSUMABLE MATERIAL PURCHASE Detailed information can be found in the administrative specification in the tender document in EKAP. b) Delivery location PROF. DR. CEMİL TAŞCIOĞLU CITY HOSPITAL BIOMEDICAL CONSUMPTION DEPOc Delivery date After the contract is signed, the order will be delivered to the relevant warehouse within 10 (ten) working days from the date of the order (it can be gradual or the whole product). The order form can be delivered by hand or it is deemed to have been notified when it is sent to the Notification E-mail Address specified in Article 2 of this contract. It is mandatory to comply with the order drawn items and quantities. Material delivery will be made between 0900-1600 on working days; shipping and transportation to the warehouse will be carried out by the contractor. Goods will not be delivered without a company representative. Goods will not be delivered by cargo. The Contractor shall replace the medical consumables delivered within the expiry date, when not used within the last 3 (three) months, with advanced products.
