Delivery date: . The ordered materials will be delivered to the warehouses of the relevant health facility within 10 (ten) days following the receipt of the written orders (by mail or fax) by the Provincial Health Directorate for the parts / items covered by the contract. For the delivery of each part / item in the tender list, 6 orders / lot will be drawn to the contractor companies during the contract period. The Contractor will deliver the goods according to the order requests to be made in writing by the health facilities in accordance with the requirement, stock status and relevant circulars of the health facility during the contract. In order not to cause disruptions in the requests made by fax, the companies will notify the relevant administrations by fax that they have received an order letter as a result of the confirmation made with the administrations.
