Delivery date: 1.The records of the Hospital Information Processing System will be based on the billing of the tests in the section. In general, in the first half of each month, the patient test result list, which was studied in the previous month and the results of which were approved, is obtained from the Hospital Information Processing System and the company issuing the invoice for the tests performed.It will be written by our institution as an official order for Test amounts will be calculated over these records. The company will deliver the materials to the Central Laboratory Warehouse with at least three months of stock in advance. The materials whose stock status is decreasing are transferred to the Central Laboratory Warehouse by the contractor firm.It will be deemed to have been notified to the ıtlı e-mail address. The calculation and delivery of the consumables sufficient for the declared materials belong to the company. The notified materials will be delivered in thirty calendar days. In addition, the tests that are ordered 2 (two) months before the end of the contract date will be delivered.It will be delivered to the institution (the amount delivered will also be based on the records of the Hospital Information Processing System).
