The tender will be issued in accordance with the delivery program and audit, inspection and acceptance procedures and the provisions of the Regulation on the Audit, Inspection and Acceptance Procedures regarding the tender held in accordance with the Public Procurement Law No. 4734. All of the goods items shall be delivered by the contractor firm official/representative in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation including the examination and acceptance procedures. Peyderpey goods will not be delivered. Following the signing of the contract, the goods will be delivered within 15 calendar days.
