Quality, type and quantity: 26 PEN MEDICAL CONSUMABLES AND SPARE PARTS Detailed information can be found in the administrative specification in the tender document in EKAP. b) Delivery place Sultan Abdülhamid Han Training and Research Hospital Deposuc) Delivery The goods subject to commitment will be delivered in the desired amount on the desired date following the order of the administration. The duration of the work is until December 22, 2021. Orders of materials; The company will be notified of the fax notification to be made by the Depot Department of Sultan Abdülhamid Han Training and Research Hospital no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days before. Orders; The date, time and amount of the materials to be delivered will be specified in the order form. The materials notified in the order will be delivered in the desired amount at the desired date and time. 10.3.2. When the Contractor will deliver the goods following the fax notification, he will apply in writing to the Depot Unit of Sultan Abdülhamid Han Training and Research Hospital in writing and deliver the goods on the date and time notified to him. 10.3.3 Deliveries are made on business days and business hours. - Documents :
