Quality, type and quantity: 4 PENS DIALYSIS MEDICAL CONSUMABLES Detailed information can be found in the administrative specifications in the tender document in EKAP. b) Delivery locations SİİRT STATE HOSPITAL, SİİRT PROVINCIAL HEALTH DIRECTORATE , BAYKAN STATE HOSPITAL, ERUH STATE HOSPITAL, PERVARI STATE HOSPITAL, MEDICAL SUPPLIES WAREHOUSE c) Delivery date Contractor will deliver the goods in 2 (two) months periods. It will be delivered to the place indicated by the Hospital Medical Consumables Depot within 10 (ten) working days at the latest. Deliveries will be made to hospital warehouses. The Contractor cannot deliver any goods at his own request without the request of the administration.
