Nature, Type and Quantity: 47 Items of Medical Consumables Detailed information can be found in the administrative specification in the tender document in EKAP.
Delivery locations: It will be delivered to the Public Health Laboratory warehouse affiliated to Ordu Provincial Health Directorate.
Deliverydate : The contracted items will be sent upon the order notification of the Public Health Laboratory affiliated to our Directorate from the beginning of the work. Deliveries will be made gradually. No product will be sent unsolicited. Step by step, the products in the need listNotification of orders regarding delivery can also be notified by fax or e-mail, provided that it is sent to the post on the same day. The notified orders will be delivered within 15 days at the latest from the notification date. Following the order regarding the products that are understood to be undeliverable within this period,Feedback will be given to the unit that placed the order within 3 (Three) working days at the latest. The products must be sent with the delivery note. Invoices must be delivered to the relevant facility within 3 working days at the latest. Otherwise, the delivered products will be returned and all shipping costs will be borne by the contractor.moment is met. All medical equipment that has expired or is about to expire (at least 3 months left) must be replaced without demanding a price difference or additional cost.
