Quality, type and quantity: 16 Parts Medical Gas Purchase for our Affiliated Health Facilities Detailed information can be found in the administrative specifications in the tender document in EKAP. b) Delivery location 1-Yozgat City Hospital, 2- Akdağmadeni DH, 3- Boğazlıyan DH, 4-Çayıralan DH, 5- Saraykent Martyr Beytullah Yeşilay DH., 6-Sarıkaya State Hospital, 7-Sorgun State Hospital, 8-Yerköy State Hospital, 9-Çekerek DH, 10-Şefaatli Martyr Osman BELKAYA DH. 11-Provincial Health Directorate (Yenifakılı District. Aydıncık Street. Çandır District. Kadışehri Terminal and 112 Stations) c) Delivery date Following the signing of the contract, the delivery of materials will be started based on the orders of the administrations as of the starting date of the work. All of the materials will be delivered in batches according to the demands of the administrations until the end of the contract period. Items / tubes ordered by the Provincial Health Directorate or affiliated health facilities will be delivered to the warehouse of the relevant units / health facilities within 3 (three) days at the latest (liquid medical oxygen gas will be filled into the tanks of the relevant health facilities).
