The Contractor will deliver the ordered amount within 3 (three) days at the latest after Belko gives a written or verbal order. If orange delivery is not made within the given time, Belko will supply oranges with its own means. In the event that there is a price difference between the purchase price of the supplied orange and the unit price given by the contractor, this price difference will be recourse to the contractor.
