Delivery date: 10.3.1 Bulk cement; To the Concrete Elements Production Facility of the Science Affairs Directorate of our Municipality, 10.3.2 Cement in bags; Delivery to the Warehouse of the Directorate of Science Affairswill be. 10.3.3 The horizontal and vertical transportation of the materials belongs to the contractor and no fee will be charged for the transportation. 10.3.4 Bagged cement and Bulk cement will be delivered at the time and amount requested by the administration. The contractor will not deliver at the time and amount requested.10.3.5 Incoming cement will be delivered to a person authorized by the Municipality, and the contractor is responsible for the problems arising from delivery to different people (such as material loss). 10.3.6 Incoming cement will be received if it complies with the Technical Specification. Otherwise, it will not be delivered.All responsibility belongs to the contractor.
