Delivery locations: Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Hospital Central Laboratory
Delivery date: After the contract is signed, the kits / materials will be ordered gradually until 31.12.2022, which is the expiry date of the contract, according to the needs of our hospital. The kits / materials will be delivered to the contractor in written requests (via fax / mail / hand / EKAP) signed by the personnel authorized to order, depending on the need, and will be delivered in 20 (twenty) days as of the date of notification, in the amount specified in line with the orders / requests. . In notifications and notifications made through EKAP, the notification date counts as the notification date. Until all the delivered kits are finished, the device / devices belonging to the kits will be kept in our administration.
Starting date: The work will start following the signing of the contract.
