- Tenders are invited for Replacement of Existing Clean and Waste Water Pipeline The interested firms/companies should submit the bids in two separate sealed covers, super scribed as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Both sealed covers should be put in a single enveloped super scribed as “Tender No. ANK/862/1/2021 for replacement of existing clean and waste water pipeline at Embassy Residence, Embassy of India, Ankara”. The envelope should be dropped at the Reception of the Embassy of India, Cinnah Caddesi No 77 Cankaya, Ankara. 4. Quoted price should remain valid at least six months from the date of submission tender and cannotbe changed to higher side after award of the contract. Interested bidders may contact on Telephone No. +90 312 4382195 for any clarification between 1430 hrs to 1730 hrs. 5. Site visit: Physical visit to the site is advisable to have a general idea about the extent/scope of works. Interested firms/companies can visit the site from 1000 hrs on 1500 hrs after prior appointment with Mr. Preet Kumar, Attache (Admn) & DDO, Embassy of India, Cinnah Caddesi 77, Cankaya, Ankara Telephone No.: +90 312 4382195-98 extension no. 124; email- attache.ankara@mea.gov.in 6. Last date of submitting the bids is 11.03.2024 at 1500 hrs. The Technical Bids will be opened on 12.03.2024 at 1600 hrs by a Committee authorized by the Competent Authority of the Embassy of India, Ankara. The financial bids of only those bidders, whose Technical Bids are found responsive, shall be opened by the Committee authorized for the Purpose
