Quality, type and quantity: 132 (One hundred and thirty two) Part Purchase of Stationery, Cleaning Materials and Medical Consumables Detailed information can be found in the administrative specification in the tender document in EKAP. Delivery will be made according to the order. c) Delivery date The materials subject to the tender will be delivered gradually according to the orders of the units affiliated to our administration. Delivery will be made to the healthcare facility that placed the order within 10 (ten) calendar days following the written orders in line with the needs of the relevant units as of the starting date. Except for the increase in business, if the requirement amounts on the basis of the administration are exceeded, the contractor will be responsible for the excess delivery and no payment will be made for the excess delivery. Notifications regarding the order will be made within the framework of the provisions in Article 6 of the Goods Procurement Tenders Implementation Regulation, and in the notifications made by fax, the notification date is deemed as the notification date.
