- Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Review of Development Potential in Two Urban Transformation Areas in Turkish Metropolitan Municipalities The objective of this consultancy is the development of Two (2) Technical Reviews of Development Potential ("Reviews") in selected metropolitan municipalities (1 per municipality). Each Review will assess the development potential and costs associated with implementing disaster and climate resilient urban infrastructure in an identified Urban Transformation (UT) areas. The study areas will be defined jointly with the MoEU and municipalities and informed by already completed city-wide risk assessments. Each Review will:(i)estimate the development potential for the selected UT area through a real estate market analysis that articulates the potential for the development of various property segments (eg residential, commercial) over a 10-15-year period;(ii)assess type and quantify cost of infrastructure to maximize the development potential of the UT area; and(iii)assess overall development viability and recommend development scenarios The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
