Delivery Places: Erzincan Provincial Health Directorate, Erzincan Mengücek Gazi EAH, Erzincan Oral and Dental Health EAH, Tercan State Hospital, Refahiye Fahrettin Uğur State Hospital.
Delivery Date: Pharmaceuticals and serums will be delivered in a maximum of 2 parties during the contract period. However, the contract amount on the basis of the section is 150 TL. The products below will be delivered as a maximum of 1 party within the contract period. The party orders will be made in writing by the administration and the contractor shall submit the required party amounts within 20 days from the date of notification. Titub/UTS barcode and label name, serial/lot numbers must be available on the invoices of drugs and serums.
