Delivery Date: In accordance with the written request of our Chief Physician (fax, e-mail, registered commitment and cap), delivery shall be made in the form of placement with the dispatch or invoice within 15 (fifteen) calendar day. Materials sent by cargo will not be accepted. (In case of emergency, if our hospital gives conformity, delivery can be made by cargo.
Date of Starting: The contract will start on the date of signing.
