Delivery Places: Ordu State Hospital Medical Consumables Warehouse Shelf Delivery
Delivery Date: The start date is the contract date and the work will start with the entry into force of the contract. Following the entry into force of the contract, the materials shall be delivered according to the orders of the hospital's written (fax, e-mail, mail) orders of the hospital unless otherwise specified by the hospital. From the date of notification of the written order made to the contractor by the hospital, the amount of materials specified in the written order shall be delivered to the relevant unit of the hospital, which is specified as the place of delivery in the tender document within 10 (ten) days by the contractor at the latest. The billing process of delivered materials will be made separately in each party. The total number of orders will not exceed 8 during the contract period.
Start Date of Work: The contract enters into force on the signature date and starts work.
