- Tenders are invited for Vehicles Rent for One Year. No / Location / Expected Quantity: 1 Gaziantep 4 Vehicles Compact SUV Ford Kuga, Nissan Qashqai, Skoda Karoq, Hyundai Tucson etc similar. Year 2018 or newer 2 Gaziantep 1 Vehicle 8+1 Vip Bus Ford Tourneo Custom, Mercedes Vito etc. similar. Year 2018 or newer 3 Gaziantep 1 Vehicles Segment D Sedan Toyota Corolla, Skoda Octavia, Ford Focus etc. similar vehicles. Year 2018 or newer 4 Hatay 1 Vehicle Compact SUV Ford Kuga, Nissan Qashqai, Skoda Karoq, Hyundai Tucson etc similar. Year 2018 or newer AND ETC. Prices All prices in your quotation must be indicated in Turkish Lira (TRY) currency only. Quotations stated in other currencies will not be considered in the awarding process. Prices must be inclusive of compulsory and Kasko insurance, maintenance and VAT. Motor Vehicles Taxes are responsibility of the the supplier and must be paid on time. Documents Following documents must be submitted before tender closing: • Written quotation in Turkish Lira currency included of prices as indicated in the paragraph 4. (Prices) of this document on indicated quotation form Annex II (duly stamped and signed in a PDF format) • Copy of VAT table • Registration form or similar • Reference list • Pre-qualification of suppliers (refer to Annex I) • FIN-WHH-02 Supplier Service Providers Privacy Notice must be signed by the bidder and provided to WHH. • Annex 1 Welthungerhilfe Supplier Qualification Form must be signed by the bidder and provided to WHH. • ANNEX II - Quotation Form must be filled by the bidder (prices) and provided to WHH. Following documents will be requested from the Supplier after agreement: • Original Commercial Invoice (addressed to Welthungerhilfe, Turkey). Selection Criteria Welthungerhilfe will prioritize the quotations as follows: • Tenderers not providing the requested quotation including prices as indicated in the paragraph 4 (Prices) of this document duly signed and stamped with the other documentation as listed in the article “7. Documents” as requested will be by automatism excluded from this competition.
