- Fiber optic cable supply and installation and device connections for 05 ILS/DME and 23 ILS/DME Systems remote control lines and FFM Remote control of 05 ILS/DME and 23 ILS/DME systems as stated in the Technical Issues section of the Technical Specification. Converting the copper cables of the control lines into fiber optic cable infrastructure and laying fiber optic cables between the 05 Localizer and 23 Localizer stations for the 05 Localizer and 23 Localizer FFM-Far Field Monitors, and the devices with FO terminations.
