Delivery Date: The delivery of the goods subject to the tender shall be made within 2 days (48 hours) following the written order of the administration, as much as the amount required by the administration. Otherwise, 2 % of the current invoice amount of the goods that are not supplied in time without force majeure (weather conditions, road status, etc.) shall be deducted from the contractor by offering as a penalty. The procurement of goods subject to the tender will be made according to the amount of need to be determined by the administration between 01.01.2023-31.12.2024
