- Tenders are invited for Service, Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Vehicles & Equipment GOAL will issue a Purchase Order (PO) to the supplier/s. After receipt of a duly authorised Purchase Order, the supplier/s: 3.2.1 Shall arrange the delivery of the goods stated in the Purchase Order within the agreed timeline to the agreed locations. 3.2.2 Provide additional supporting documents GOAL may request. 3.2.3 Have an accountant or financial representative who can arrange for invoicing, account management, etc. to coordinate with GOAL staff on invoicing and payments. 3.2.4 Notify GOAL immediately of any problems with making arrangements, expected delays or other difficulties. 4.5 Submission of Itt Submissions must be Delivered Electronically in the following Way: Electronically to Hqtenders@goal.ie and in the Subject Field State: A) Ada-L-24376,24377,24378,24507 Agricultural Vehicles & Equipment B) Name of Your Firm with the Title of the Attachment C) Number of Emails that are Sent e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. 1 ITT published 09 August 2021 2 Closing date for clarifications 23 August 2021, 23:59 o-clock, UTC/GMT +1 hour 3 Closing date and time for receipt of Tenders 30 August 2021, 23:59 o-clock, UTC/GMT +1 hour 4 Tender Opening Locations GOAL Dublin HQ, Ireland 5 Tender Opening Date and time 31 August 2021, 12:00 UTC/GMT +1 hour
